• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.
• Certain items, including supplements and vitamins, may not be eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
• Returns must be sent using the return label provided by TNK Pulse Fit. Items sent without the provided label may be rejected.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Additional Information

• Items returned beyond the 30-day return window will not be accepted.
• If the item is deemed ineligible for a refund upon inspection, we will notify you, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
